COST ESTIMATION OF OVERBURDEN STRIPPING AND ORE GETTING IN PIT 2 PT. ADHIKARA CIPTA MULIA

Abstract

Adhikara Cipta Mulia Inc. is a nickel ore mining company located in Lasolo Islands District, North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province with an IUP (Mining Business Permit) covering an area of 455 Ha. Therefore it is necessary to plan the right costs to minimize expenses in order to achieve optimal production targets. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of digging and hauling equipment needed and to determine the estimated total cost of stripping overburden and ore getting at pit 2 Adhikara Cipta Mulia Inc. The research method used is field observation with a type of quantitative research, namely research involving theory, design, hypotheses and determining the subject. The number of digging equipment and hauling equipment used in the overburden stripping activity from the first month to the 11th month used 3 units of Sany SY215C Excavators and 4 units of HINO 500FM260Ti Dump Trucks for overburden hauling. Then for ore getting activities with the number of digging and loading equipment used in ore getting activities from the first month to the 13th month using 5 units of Hyundai HX210S Excavators and for ore loading activities using 3 units of Sany SY215C Excavators and for ore hauling using 8 units of HINO 500 FM260Ti Dump Trucks. The total cost to be incurred for overburden stripping activities is Rp. 12,426,580,857 (twelve billion four hundred twenty six million five hundred eighty thousand eight hundred fifty seven rupiah). The total costs that will be incurred in the ore-getting activities of Rp. 30,776,119,429 (thirty billion seven hundred seventy six million one hundred nineteen thousand four hundred twenty nine rupiah).
