Abstract

Limited Liability Company (PT) Adhikara Cipta Mulia is one of the private companies engaged in mining sector with a mining business permit area (IUP) covering an area of 455 Ha. In meeting market demand and the company's consistency in mining activities At the time some pits in the company were no longer operational (mineout), then PT. Adhikara Cipta Mulia plans mining activities In Pit 4 which has been carried out exploration activities before, with an area of 5.66 Ha with a production target of 100,000 tons per month with content demand Ni ≥ 1,7 %, and cut off grade Ni ≥  1,5 %. This study aims to conduct Pit Limit Design Based on reserve geometry on Pit 4 with the help of Micromine 2021.5  Software and rockscience slide Software Taking into account the company's economic stripping ratio of 3:1, determine the amount of mined reserves and the minelife Based on Pit Limit, as well as designing mining sequences Based on Pit Limit that meets company standards cut off grade and Based on the company's production target and enter mining recovery 95%. From the results of estimates of mined reserves besed pit limit obtained total volume overburden amounted to 662.737,50 tons, Meanwhile, nickel ore reserves have a total volume of 334.162,50 tons with an average Ni content of 1,90 % with a stripping ratio of 1 : 1,98 Based on the results of these estimates and referring to the company's production targets then it is estimated that the mine life in Pit 4 PT. Adhikara Cipta Mulia will last approximately 3.25 months. The mining sequence design is divided into 3 sequences performed with a level plan system that will begin At the highest elevation of 416.26 masl to the lowest elevation of 324.26 masl.
